My Story

I'm daring to bare this November in support of cancer care at North Devon District Hospital.

In over 30yrs as a Physiotherapist and Pilates instructor I've seen a lot of bodies and know they come in all shapes and sizes , many carrying the scars of lifes journey. I encourage everyone to accept their own body , look after it and use it to celebrate life. 

I am looking forward to joining this event with lots of women coming together to support each other in body confidence whilst raising money for breast cancer services.
